Adjusting FTP during CJ plan execution

Hi,
I think this question was already done on the forum, but I’ve not found any thread about it

I’ve created a 16 weeks plan, I made an ftp test before the start and now I’ve an FTP that is higher. Should I adjust the FTP during the plan execution? (I think the answer is “yes”).
Changing the FTP means that on top of the progressive load increase of the plan I add another increase caused by higher targets. But I think it’s the right approach. Right?

Extra side question: what is the right approach to manage a 2-3 weeks vacation period? probably after 2-3 weeks of stop the ftp would have gone down a bit and restarting the workouts where I stopped might be too hard. At the moment I planned to restart from a week already completed, but perhaps it’s not enough.

You should change the FTP in our app/web, it affects when you send to Garmin or using our training app but everything else is relative % so it does not matter so much. Our workouts are generally not so hard that you need to adjust your FTP for vacation but you could drop it like 3% or something… I don’t think you need to test. You actually are losing more anaerobic power than aerobic in that period of time but still it would reduce the test and make you feel less strong. You can click edit from our calendar and add the vacation to the original plan and save and it will update your calendar. It will have you repeat a couple workouts.
