Coach Jack Training Plan

Hi,
When creating a plan there is an option on one of the first screens which says: “How do you like to feel at the end of a ride?” I was trying to see the difference between training with more intensity and I set this parameter to Where is my bed or Call. the ambulance, but I haven’t seen any effect on the general feeling after doing a workout - DOES THIS FEATURE WORK and what does it do?
BTW. To feel a greater effect I need to manually step up intensity in the workout by adjusting percentage.

It makes a smaller difference that the titles would suggest but it affects Ride Feel which you also can adjust here. You can move intensity slider up manually and adjust ride feel up, but unless you really tweak these up we attempt to start easy and by the end it can get reasonably hard or very hard depending on how much tweaking you do. Jacks recommendations will always be on the less intense side but you can take it farther on your own. We also have custom blocks with hard block intervals.
