I wonder if you could forward a link explaining the icons on the workouts. I get the clock, how long the workout is, but the ekg line and number, the half clock and number, and the negative percentage confuse me.

Normally people should not increase total weekly stress by more than about 10% a week, maybe less. There is some complicated tools for analyzing this and optimizing it. I can explain more and point in you in directions if you want but it’s not very caveman friendly.
Let me know what you are trying to understand in general (big picture) and I can help give you insights to your training, but generally all this cycling math is not that critical and you can just ride and have fun with a bit of variety and good rest/recovery and do well if you are consistent.
