Yeah if it says 30w, you probably should do a spin down to get it closer or ideally it should be closer…
Just was odd it would match once it went down.
We think maybe you were in too small of gearing? If you are in too small of gear you will hit a max power point early.
Also if you see this again, please turn off power match and make sure that it has nothing to do with power match
