One-leg Sweet spot session question - what am I missing

My current plan - built through the AI Plan Builder - and some of the sessions are labeled as “One-Leg Sweet Spot”. The description for the session is: “Sweet Spot intensity efforts incorporating isolated leg drills to improve unilateral strength, pedal stroke efficiency, and identify imbalances.”

So far I’ve done two of these sessions in Zwift but I’m missing where the isolated leg drills are. The session breakdown is as follows:

Total 1h

  • Warm-Up 6 min

  • Warm-Up 4 min

  • Warm-Up 3 min

  • Warm-Up 2 min

  • Warm-Up 1 min

  • Warm-Up 15 sec

  • Warm-Up 45 sec

  • Warm-Up 1 min

  • 3 X (6 min @ 87% (209w) with 3 min @ 50% (120w) rest )

  • 1 min@ Z1

  • 2 min@ Z2

  • 2 min@ Z2

  • 4 min@ Z2

  • 1 min@ Z1

  • Cooldown 5 min

Shouldn’t I be prompted for the single leg drills like I have been for cadence changes? What am I missing?

Thanks!

Oh, yes, this is still kind of in beta form, and we don’t support other types of drills other than cadence drills at this time. We should probably remove that one-legged possibility or anything with other types of drills in it. It’s very interesting though.

I want to support this, I want to allow AI to inject text descriptions into this, and I’m going to do that very soon. If you want to really do these drills, I can research this and figure it out and give you suggestions. It’s definitely interesting. I don’t know how to be clear that this AI, it’s not exactly our AI, meaning it’s kind of an LLM. But we just define the rules and try to constrain LLMs to not make mistakes. As well as giving reasonable plans, we’re doing everything we can to protect users from getting dumb ideas, but ultimately LLMs can still make mistakes. And it’s brand new. So over time, we’ll constrain it more and more and fix issues like this. As well as add new functionality to support stuff like this.

Anyway, just let me know if you want me to figure this out.

Thanks for the response.

Good to know that it wasn’t just me missing something that was obvious … this time lol.

I’m not a fan of single leg drills - yes I know all the more reason to do them right - so I’m not really looking for the solution as to why it wasn’t showing up. And knowing it is still ‘beta’ means that things like this are bound to happen, but that is how everyone learns and adapts for the next version right?

No need to spend time sorting out these drills. I can always find some and then make them in the app if I need them.

Okay, thanks. Yes. We learned from your feedback, so thank you so much. I’m working on a new version right now. It’s going to be significantly improved.
