[SOLVED] - Plan not showing on app on iphone

I’m using a coach Jack plan that shows up fine on my mac. When I open the app on my phone no plan is shown and it states “you don’t have any workouts in this list”. Do I need to somehow(?) sync my phone app with what I see on my mac?

You have to set the app source, and you have to press refresh in the app. You will see it on the workouts/plan tab.

See here. The bottom one shows how to activate the calendar in the app.

Mobile app plan source

If my plan has “activate in mobile app” turned on, then I can’t find today’s workout in the mobile app. Instead if “activate in mobile app” is turned off, with configuration setting app plan source set to my calendar, then I can find today’s workout in the mobile app. Very confusing as I’ve read instructions to use activate in mobile app.

Are you experiencing this issue with a particular app, or is it a recurring problem across multiple apps?

I don’t understand the question. It was resolved. The problem is we need to make it simpler / more obvious.
