Ultra Cycling Events - Which Trainingplan?

Hey guys,

new user here.
I am looking for a training plan for multi day ultra cycling events - do you know which would suit me the best?
I am - as almost - everybody short on time due to job, family etc. (you know the spiel) but could do two sessions during the work week and a longer one on the weekend.
Usually I am also in the gym for two days/week…
