I want to attempt VEverresting. Trainer day app has Quarter Everresting and not full or half Everresting,. How to do that. Please advise
Sorry about the lack of response here. I read it, researched a little and forgot to respond but my feeling is this is more about duration, so you don’t need specific workouts you should just do more and more Zone 2 training. Might be too late for this advice… Best of luck. Love to hear how it goes.
